Since this week is business as usual, thought we’d use the news post for something a little different this week.

Encouragement.

Just a little nudge to encourage you to encourage someone else this week. We’ve all had a year this past year, we’ve all been going through things, and you never know just how MUCH someone else is going through because we all tend to be pretty guarded on the sensitive stuff. So let’s practice random acts of mutual encouragement this week. Reach out on the phone, online, or in person if you feel safe, and just encourage someone. Tell them they look great, or their work is wonderful, or that you know life’s been tough but they arent alone and are doing a good job.

All it takes is that one act and you’ll find your day brightened right alongside theirs.
